Graduate Studies Committee

Definition: Graduate Studies Committee is one of the Standing Committees of the college. Terms of reference of the Commission Recommendation leave graduate programs sections. Follow up the implementation of graduate programs. Recommendation to accept and record the students. Recommendation to extend the freeze and an end to the freezing of study for students. Recommendation to cancel the registration or re-admission of students. Leave supervisors recommendation to the students. Recommendation leave dissertations and theses addresses. Recommendation to leave Jean exams. Look at all the displays from the relevant graduate programs and recommendation other issues. Chair and Membership: - The committee consists of six members, headed by Dean of the College of Graduate Studies and is scheduled coordinator and a member of it.

Undergraduate Studies Committee

Dean of the faculty sometimes forms permanent or temporary committees to benefit from them in accomplishing specified tasks. The reports of these committees are submitted in form of recommendations to the faculty dean who in turn present them to the faculty board according to the assignment

Technical (Intermediate) Studies Committee

Intermediate (technical) Studies Committee The tasks of the intermediate studies committee are: 1. Discussion of the four semester results for the different batches and making relevant recommendations 2. Making recommendations regarding graduates’ results 3.Discussion of students’ case and making related recommendations4.Discussing proposals of study programs and make related recommendations 5. Any other tasks assigned by the faculty board or the dean. The intermediate studies committee submits a regular report about its proceedings to the faculty board and that within the dean’s report to the board. The intermediate studies committee holds a regular monthly meeting; it may hold extraordinary meetings when necessary

Informatics and Documentation Committee

Informatics and Documentation Committee The objective of the committee is to collect information about the faculty to qualify the electronic website of the faculty in the university website.

Academic Supervision Committee

Academic Supervision Committee Ensuring a student’s progress in the designed academic path; Ensuring not fall into academic problems; helping the student to make academic useful decisions in case of difficulty; encouraging and caring for excellent students; encouraging the student to show their hobbies and help him/her to develop it; participating in solving the student’s economic, social and psychological problems.
